EMAT (Electro-magnetic Acoustic Transducer) and FOD sensor system

By EMAT / FOD system , metal thickness can be measured “on-line” for piping maintenance. By this system, thickness measurement can be done during operation without disassembling insulation materials, once installed. This is totally different from conventional Ultrasonic Test and Ultrasonic thickness measurement.

Sensor should be set at erosive points. Sensor is small and heat-resistant, so insulation can be assembled on top of sensor.
